The Botanical Gardens of Nevis is owned by Douglas Enterprises Ltd., representing Nik and Christi Douglas and Partners. Douglas Enterprises Ltd., a local Nevisian corporation, is committed to maintaining and developing the Botanical Gardens as the finest example of Nature’s bounty in the Eastern Caribbean and a unique Spiritual Sanctuary and Environment. Commencing 2009, our Rosetta Realty division will start to develop a very limited number of luxurious residences around the periphery of part of the Gardens and on an adjoining Montpelier Estate property.
